I had Hodgekins when I was 23 yo. After I had Had a few Tats already I was 12 years in remission and decided to get a lavender ribbon for hodgekins around a cross because thanks to God I am alive today.

I really think your tattoo has real meaning. I know someone who died of breast cancer and I had the idea you had. I am putting a pink ribbon for cancer around a cross and her name writtein on the ribbon with the date she passed. Everything has a meaning in life. Your tattoo and the one I want to get just mean something to us in a way not many people may be able to understand.
