Live, Love, Laugh

I been wanting a tattoo since i was 16. When i turned 18 and was finally able to get a tattoo i already had it picked out. Over the years my mother had tried everything possible to keep me a good child, and i was, i did everything she asked of me. I rarely went out so she could go out, i became her servent, i did not have my own life. This drove me crazy, literally, I wanted to escape her, but tried to the wrong way.
My butterfly tattoo represents me escaping, I have matured and I am ready to fly far away. The Live, Love, Laugh aroun my butterfly is how i plan on livving my life... "LIVE life to the fullest, LOVE like you do not hurt, and LAUGH like theres no tomorrow." The colors (pink, purple, yellow, and blue) also mean something. These colors represent the girls in my family, Pink- me Blue- my sister Purple- my baby sister, and yellow- My mom.
This tattoo is even more special because my cousin designed it for me, i spent about a year looking for the perfect butterfly and it was not until I told my cousin about it, he was in jail at the time so he made the design on the envelope. I cried when I saw it. This was the perfect butterfly and i loved it. It is almost a year later and I still love it and I am glad i have it.
